Our thoughts are with those affected by COVID-19, including the healthcare professionals and first responders who are on the front lines helping to contain the spread. We remain focused on keeping our employees and the public safe, delivering our services to customers and supporting our communities.

The health and safety of our Boardwalk employees, families, customers and the communities in which we operate are our highest priorities.

As part of a critical infrastructure industry, we know that our customers and communities depend on us to continue our operations in a safe and reliable manner. We have enacted our business continuity plans while conscientiously following guidance from national, state and local authorities. By taking these measures, we have been able to continue operating safely and reliably.

Keeping Employees and the Public Safe

We have implemented increased measures of safety and security to prevent employee exposure to the virus, including enhanced social distancing, work from home policies and flexible shift policies for employees. We have also increased the frequency and intensity of cleaning and sanitizing at office and field locations. In addition, Boardwalk has established a Return to Office Taskforce to advise Boardwalk Senior Management on plans that support the safe operation of its corporate offices during the COVID-19 pandemic and foster a healthy and productive work environment for the employees.

Delivering on Our Commitments Safely and Reliably

We have enacted business continuity plans to enable us to continue to operate and deliver on our commitments to our customers, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. We will continue to maintain strong physical and cybersecurity measures in order to both serve our operational needs with a remote workforce and keep our integrated pipeline and storage systems running to ensure that we provide reliable service to our customers.

Supporting our Communities and Flattening the Curve

We strive to be a good neighbor in the communities we serve. We are supporting charitable organizations that are helping communities with the COVID-19 virus, including local food banks and hospitals. We are also providing COVID-19 preventative supplies to the communities in which we operate.

In order to do our part in flattening the curve, we are also encouraging all employees to practice preventative care as outlined by the national, state and local authorities.
